Sometimes, as an anxious person, I need a personal reminder that I am actually very tough and have survived many (in fact all!) perilous, dangerous scenarios that I have been in. Or else I wouldn't be here now! It seems easy to remember, but life is hard and can very much cause you to doubt yourself (but you shouldn't)!
